Return & Exchange Policy
We do not issue refunds once the order has begun the shipping process, however, if you contact us quickly after making the order we can cancel it and issue you your refund.
Can I return an item for a full refund?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, there are strictly no returns UNLESS there are defects in the items you receive. If there are, please inform us within a WEEK of receiving. In that case, we would be more than happy to help and resolve the issue! All items are inspected upon shipment, so please provide photographic proof that the item has been damaged or is faulty.
Can I exchange an item for something else?
We do not do exchanges.
I received a faulty item, now what?
If the item you received is faulty, please follow this process:
Contact our support center by emailing email@example.com and give us your order number, your name and address, and the details of the product (quantity, SKU). Please attach a photo of the faulty item to your email. As all items are inspected upon shipment, faulty item claims without a photo attached will not be taken seriously.
*As this is our fault, we will be happy to resolve the issue for you!
When will I receive my refund?
1. First, we’ll send you an email to confirm your faulty-item claim has been accepted and that your refund has been processed.
Please note that we are not obliged to give you a refund until we receive evidence from you that supports that the item/s are damaged.
2. You can expect to receive your refund within 10 business days* of contacting us. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.
*This time includes processing your claim and processing your refund request.
